Following up on today’s market post, we made some bruschetta for dinner. Slices of Seeded and Jalapeño Jack were toasted on the grill, rubbed with a garlic clove, slathered with chive and onion quark from Taste and See Creamery, and topped off with slices of fresh tomato from today’s market. With a little salt and pepper to taste, it was a light meal that really hit the spot. Try it while the produce is fresh!
