Back by popular demand, Organic Heritage Red Fife has all the flavor, texture and nutrition of our old Heritage Red Fife and it’s now organic. It took time and research to locate an organic heritage red fife flour that met our standards and after a few rounds of testing we are very happy with the results. If you haven’t yet tasted this wonderful loaf, be sure to give it a try.

In addition to the Organic Red Fife, we’ll have our Organic Stoneground, Organic Heirloom Spelt, Organic Herb Sourdough, Organic Sourdough Rye, and Walnut on the shelves of your local CO-OP this week – please see the menu below for details. Whatever your preference, we deliver fresh, 100% sourdough bread to your local CO-OP on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Be sure to get some to share with your friends and family!
