Often when we think of “white bread”, the image that comes to mind is an airy factory made loaf full of polysyllabic chemicals and devoid of flavor. What if you could enjoy a tasty, healthful white bread made with only three ingredients ? Well, now you can.
Rising Bread has released a new foundation loaf: Organic White Sourdough. Made with certified organic, stone ground white wheat, it’s everything an authentic sourdough should be. And it’s white. We’ll have it in our menu rotation beginning this Wednesday and based on the reaction it’s been getting at the Farmers Market, we’re confident you’ll like it.
