This isn’t your ordinary wild rice – it’s the real deal, gathered by canoe from natural lakes, bringing its distinctive nutty, smoky character to our naturally leavened loaves.
We pair this sacred grain with tart, jewel-like cranberries, creating a symphony of flavors in our signature sourdough. Each slice tells a story: the gentle chew of wild rice, bursts of bright cranberry, and the complex, developed flavors that only long fermentation can achieve.
Find this special loaf at your local co-op this week, alongside our carefully crafted collection of heritage grain breads and hand-shaped focaccia. Each loaf is handcrafted with 100% organic, stone-milled flour from local farmers.
